States Surgeon General and the American Heart association.

Some
Questions and Answers:
Q:
What
makes Nutritional Weight Management programs different from other programs
on the market?
A: All
NWM programs feature the use of real grocery store foods not prepackaged
food. So, you eat the same foods you will be eating the rest of your life.
Q:
How
can Nutritional Weight Management guarantee the weight loss results someone
can anticipate on their program?
A: NWM
has 3 different weight loss programs to choose from. Each program is tailored
to the individual's lifestyle. We have had 15 years experience and know
if an individual follows our food plans, they will lose at least the amount
of weight we guarantee.
Q:
How
much weight can I expect to lose on the Nutritional Weight Management
Program?
A: The
average client will lose 2-3 pounds per week depending upon which program
is selected; although many of our clients lose much faster.
Q:
Why
is Nutritional Weight Management so successful in helping clients reach
their goal?
A: We
become the support system for our clients, helping them stay focused on
their goal. We see each client three times a week to make sure they are
on track.
Q:
Do
I have to take pills?
A: No,
although we do give a Multivitamin each week as part of your program.
This is to make sure you have all the proper levels of vitamins and minerals
in your diet.
Q:
Do
I have to exercise?
A: Exercise
is not required, but it is recommended that you add light exercise after
the first three weeks of being on the NWM program. Exercise done with
a weight loss program will help you lose inches faster.
Q:
How
expensive is the Program?
A: Everyone
is surprised at how affordable the programs are. NWM offers a Free, no
obligation consultation to enable you to come into the center and look
at all three programs and decide which one would fit your lifestyle. We
will be able to figure the price of the program you select based on the
length of time you will be on the program.
Q:
Why
is the NWM program medically supervised?
A: It
is a proven fact that carrying extra weight can damage your health and
shorten your life. Our policy at Nutritional Weight Management is that
weight over 25 pounds above your ideal weight range should be monitored
by a physician. Our staff physician checks all lab results and performs
a waist up physical.
Q:
How
can I be sure I will not gain my weight back once I reach my goal?
NWM
has a weight maintenance program that is structured to help you regain
control of your eating behaviors, while at the same time helping your
body change its set point.
